Los archivos
.bz2 los descarga el juego solo al entrar al server.
Para instalar manualmente: descomprimí y copiá a cstrike/download/
(CS:S) o csgo/ (CS:GO) respetando las carpetas
(maps/, materials/, sound/...).
Para bajar todo junto usá los packs.
